Focus Fundraiser - Gun Seminar September 13!

Focus is hosting a Gun Seminar on Saturday, September 13 from 1–4:30PM, followed immediately by a CROSSFIT workout in memory of 9/11. All proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to Operation HomeFront, a non-profit organization that helps the families of military personnel serving overseas. Operation Homefront
Beginners welcome! Members and non-members can train. We will teach basic defenses against threats with a handgun from the front, behind, and the side. Training includes practical training methods and stress drills.
The Gun Seminar will be followed immediately by a specially designed CrossFit workout in honor of 9/11.
Do one or both parts of the seminar. Donate to a worthy cause, get in shape, AND learn to defend yourself!
